Our Village

  • A woman who is the chef of Flaming Bag Catering with curly gray hair standing outside a house, leaning against a doorway, wearing a gray t-shirt with the text "flaming bag" and "eat good shit," and shorts.

    Flaming Bag Catering

The first chef to join Dinner Mamas and the gold standard for bold, comforting, made-with-love meals — Amy Wieber is our cornerstone chef. She’s been there — as a mom, a grandma, and a pro at feeding people in every season of life. Her food is generous, full of heart, and wildly satisfying. It feels like a warm hug, but tastes like something you’ve never had before. At Amy’s table, everyone has a story and everyone matters.

  • A smiling woman who is the owner and baker of Chicky's Sourdough with tattoos, wearing a blue top and a black cap, holding a homemade cookie at her Binghamton Market Farmers Market stand at Recreation Park in Binghamton, NY.

    Chicky's

Named after a lifelong nickname given to her by her mom, Chicky’s is led by the heart & hands of Christine. This small-batch bakery crafts sourdough bread & treats that are as nourishing as they are craveable. With a culinary degree and a certification in integrative nutrition (specializing in hormone & gut health), Christine blends unexpected flavors with the best ingredients around — organic flour, farm-fresh eggs, and so much more. Her mission? To bake goods that love you back. Trust us — your tastebuds (and your body) will thank you.

  • Woman with glasses smiling behind green plant leaves in her lush farm -- the community herbalist, named April, of Bespoke Apothecary based in Elmira, NY.

    Bespoke Apothecary

Bespoke Apothecary was founded by April and Bill — certified herbalists, medicine makers, farmers, and beekeepers (did we forget anything?). Inspired by April’s holistic journey after her cancer diagnosis, they thoughtfully source ingredients and grow many themselves, like ginger, medicinal herbs, and more. Their 200+ products — from tonics to skincare — are crafted with healing intention and the highest-quality organic ingredients. Each item reflects their dedication to integrity, sustainability, and helping their community live healthier lives.

  • Black Dog Honey

Julie and her husband of Black Dog Honey operate their apiary out of Glen Aubrey, NY, where happy bees and their dog Mabel keep things buzzing. From raw honey in all forms (Fall, Spring, creamed, cinnamon, and more) to fresh pollen and beeswax, their products are crafted with care and packed with antioxidants and natural goodness — a little local sweetness for every day.
